ABOUT LEAN6CARE
Lean6Care was created to make Lean Six Sigma more practical, approachable, and relevant to healthcare —giving professionals the skills, tools, and support to improve how work gets done.
WHY LEAN6CARE EXISTS
Healthcare professionals solve problems every day while navigating inefficient processes, frustrating handoffs, rework, waiting, documentation burden, and systems that don't always make the work easier.
The people closest to these challenges often have valuable insight into what isn’t working, but limited time to step away from their day-to-day responsibilities to address it. Traditional improvement approaches can also feel overly technical, disconnected from the realities of the work, or bigger than the problem requires.
Lean6Care is here to help close that gap.
We make Lean Six Sigma practical and approachable, helping healthcare professionals ask better questions, understand what's really happening, and use the right amount of structure for the problem at hand—whether or not “process improvement” is part of their job title.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt | Healthcare Process Improvement Leader | Founder, Lean6Care
For more than a decade, I’ve worked across healthcare, helping teams make sense of complex processes, improve how work gets done, and turn everyday challenges into opportunities for meaningful improvement.
My experience spans Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, facilitation, operational excellence, and cross-functional healthcare initiatives. I’ve worked alongside leaders, subject-matter experts, and the people doing the work to understand current-state challenges, identify root causes, redesign processes, and create more consistent and sustainable ways of working.
Throughout that experience, one thing has become clear: the people closest to the work often understand its challenges best, but they don’t always have the time, tools, or support to improve it.
That gap inspired me to create Lean6Care.
I wanted to make the methods I use in improvement work more accessible to healthcare professionals—not by making everyone a Lean Six Sigma expert, but by helping people develop the skills and confidence to ask better questions, understand problems more deeply, involve the right people, and use the right amount of structure to move improvement forward.
Through Lean6Care, I’m bringing together practical education, tools, training, coaching, and a collaborative community where healthcare professionals can learn, apply, share, and grow as improvement leaders.
Because better healthcare doesn’t begin with a methodology. It begins with people who understand the work and are empowered to improve it.
